Teaching - CSU stan - Kinesiology, Exercise Phys, Nutrition and Health
Personal - San Diego (Encinitas) native. Cycling, soccer, and Yoga of course are my interests. Family - 2 kids/wife.

Samia Merza, CVAYT, CSYT, BS is a Certified Yoga Teacher as well as credentialed elementary school teacher. She studied Vinyasa Ashtanga intensively with and certified from B N S Iyengar, Sri Patanjala Yogashala, Mysore, Inida. She also studied with Sri Pattabhi Jois for a month in Gukalum, India, Davis Swenson and others with classic Ashtanga yoga. She teaches SchoolYoga™, AthleteYoga™, Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga™ at public schools and health clubs.
