Introduction
Our Intensive Yoga Teacher Training Certification Course (YTTC) and Advanced Teacher Training Certification Course (ATTC) are theoretically and experientially based. Trainees are advised to live a yogic lifestyle for the duration of the course, or longer, and to experience all paths of yoga: Raja Yoga, Karma Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, and Jnana Yoga. This holistic practice leads to a complete embodiment of virtues, strength, balance, serenity, peace, joy, happiness, contentment, and wisdom. |

Yoga Style
Asthanga Yoga is the primary focus of our yoga teacher training course. We also draw from the principles of Alignment of Anusara Yoga. Our yoga has three levels of practice:
- The first level is the foundation. This consists of a routine of fundamental postures linked with transition breath and sequences (Primary Series).
- The second level is the modification (Mix Levels 1-2-3) and is based on the first, second, and third levels of Asthanga Yoga. In this level, the students start modifying the existing postures to be more difficult or easier depending on their individual practice.
- The third level is integration. Students start integrating the learned routines with personal practice, so that the personal practice and teaching become meaningfully pertinent to his or her understanding of the yoga. Practice becomes spiritual for each student as he or she finds a true connection to yoga beyond the form and through self-understanding.
