500-hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training Course SchoolYoga Institute is a Registered Yoga School (RYS-500). Upon completion of the course, participants will receive a 500-hour certificate from SchoolYoga Institute and they will be immediately eligible to register as RYT-500 with Yoga Alliance. The program allows you to proceed at your own pace and also provides you with excellent guided support along the way. This is not a materials only program and you will work with a facilitator for each course. The facilitator will give you guidance, answer your questions and provide you with personal insight and support along the way. This program uses online technology and combines the best of distant learning environments and the best of face-to-face learning environments to deliver a comprehensive yoga teacher training program. Participants work one on one with several facilitators throughout the program. Participants can decide when and in what format to meet with the facilitators, either through skype, email, telephone or other video conferencing formats. Participants get to proceed at their own pace throughout the program. There are more than 20 required courses that make up the 500-hour yoga teacher training program. You can take them all at once, or one at a time depending on how much time you have to dedicate to the program and when you would like to finish the program.
