We invite you to be a part of this life enhancing experience through meditation, pranayama, asana, vegetarian meals, daily activities, and application of yogic theory into daily living. We wake up with the sound of howler monkey while the sun rises and experience the beauty and serenity in the midst of the tropical forest, with the cleansing tea waiting for you. Guided group meditation starts at 6:30am and ends at 7am. Followed immediately by the meditation in asana (yoga posture) practice. It includes pranayama, asana, and relaxation.

A Daily yoga lesson on theory and philosophy is waved into the yoga asana practice and is advised to apply to our daily living. Second yoga asana practice starts at 4pm for those in yoga teacher training and who want more yoga practice. Daily group activities (11am-2pm) includes scenic hike, town tour, beach combing, surfing, and local cultural events. Yoga lectures (2pm-4pm) covers Yoga philosophy, Yoga theory, Yogic living, Yoga diet, yoga anatomy, and yogic healing. Daily Satsang (wise gatherings) starts at 8:30pm and ends at 9pm to contemplate and reflect our sadhana practice of the day.

Two vegetarian meals at 10 am and 6 pm are prepared with love by the chef. We loved every dish he has created and prepared for us for the last yoga retreat /teacher training. Watch out not to eat too much otherwise you may gain weight even with vegetarian diet. We will have fresh fruits and other health foods available during the day.

Once a week we will go into town and teach a public yoga class for the locals and tourists. It is so beautiful to do yoga on the beach as the sun is setting. You will also have time to visit shops and do some shopping.
