Sadhana Hatha Flow
Sadhana Hatha Flow is a sequence based off of the Sivananda tradition and includes many of the classical postures of yoga. In this meditative flow, each postures is held for up to 3 minutes, allowing practitioners to deeply experience and feel the essence of the postures. The flow works from the crown chakra down to the root chakra, providing grounding and centering benefits. |

Sadhana Vinyasa Flow
Sadhana Vinyasa Flow is a sequence based off of the Ashtanga Vinyasa tradition and is comprised of seven mini-sequences linked by breath-connected transitions. In this active flow, each posture is held between 5 and 10 breaths and is followed by a vinyasa. This flow works from the root chakra to the crown chakra and closes with a reverse (crown to root) sequence. |

Class Overview
Both our Sadhana Hatha Flow and Sadhana Vinyasa Flow follow the same class format. Classes are designed to run for 1.5 hours:
- Opening and Connection
Chanting
Intention setting
- Pranayama (breathing techniques)
1 round Kapalabati
3 rounds Anuloma Viloma
- Warm-ups
Hatha or Vinyasa specific warm-ups
Sun salutations (6)
- Class Sequence (Hatha or Vinyasa Flow)
- Relaxation and Savasana
- Reflection and Closing Chant
